- Representing the owner of a multi-thousand acre master plan in developing comprehensive integrated web of merchant builder documentation designed to protect and benefit the master plan client, including strong risk shifting provisions and other elements such as repurchase option, right of first refusal, power of attorney, secured profit participation, detailed insurance requirements, and development CC&Rs.
- Documenting all sizes of merchant builder transactions and custom lot sales comprising billions of dollars of development in multiple master planned communities in Southern California.
- Assisting a master developer in negotiating and documenting the construction of its acclaimed golf course and clubhouse facilities, and then handling the sale of the golf course to a national golf course operator.
- Representing a master planned community in the planning, development and ultimate sale of a large business park in numerous individual parcel transactions.
