Jordan Lee

Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on the representation of a variety of clients in transactional real estate matters. His experience includes representing developers, homebuilders, and others in real estate purchase and sale transactions, property acquisitions and development, land banking transactions, title review and diligence, and preparing and negotiating related ancillary documents.

Education

Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Global Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2014. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2019.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Deverich & Gillman, Mr. Lee worked as a Corporate attorney at Rutan & Tucker in their Orange County office where he primarily worked on corporate finance matters. He also previously worked in the Public Finance group at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth in their Newport Beach office, where he served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to public agencies, guiding them through securities issuances and facilitating the successful financing of public projects. Mr. Lee joined Deverich & Gillman in 2023.
