JAMES J. PULLIAM

Mr. Pulliam’s practice focuses on the representation of local, national and international clients, including Fortune 15 companies, with respect to real estate and land use matters. He has extensive experience with site acquisition and development, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture work and commercial leasing, as well as easement, license, cost share, subordination, non-disclosure, entry, brokerage and construction agreements, related ancillary documents, and title, diligence and entitlement work.

Education

Mr. Pulliam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Hamilton College in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2010 from Loyola Law School, where he was a Member of the Loyola Law Review.

Past Experience

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Pulliam worked for three years as litigator with a focus on construction defect and premises liability litigation. In 2013, he joined the Real Estate & Land Use practice group at the Los Angeles office of McGuire Woods. Mr. Pulliam joined Deverich & Gillman in 2020.
