Mr. Wiseman represents a variety of clients in transactional real estate matters including real estate purchase and sale transactions, leases, joint ventures, lending including construction lending and other development related transactions.
Past Experience
Prior to Law School, Mr. Wiseman worked in residential real estate transactions as a loan processor and underwriter. During Law School, he served as Research Assistant to Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, and following Law School, he worked for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in their Orange County office.
Education
Mr. Wiseman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law.
